Assyst, Northern Virginia – Aug 2008:   The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) contracts Assyst to recommend a viable solution to meet the requirements of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Department. Currently EEO does not have an automated system to produce the mandatory regulatory reports, track EEO complaints or monitor the overall EEO program. The present processes is manual and there is a need to streamline and automate the process.

Assyst will work closely with the EEO Department while carrying out various tasks of the assignment, which include validation and confirmation of the as-is business process, conceptualization of the to-be business process, requirements gathering and analysis and evaluation of alternative solutions
