Assyst, Northern Virginia – May 2009: Assyst is awarded a four (4) year contract with NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC).  NITAAC operates and provides services that can be performed more advantageously to meet the acquisition requirements of NIH, DHHS, and other Federal Government agencies.

As a result of this award, Assyst will work with NITAAC to develop enterprise architecture standards and policies, implement IT governance, and establish an ITIL framework for service delivery for NITAAC. Assyst will design and develop software applications for NITAAC using Microsoft technology, and work to develop solutions in Web 2.0. Some of the services that Assyst will provide under this contract include project management, quality assurance, and continuity of operations planning. Other services include IT assessments, configuration management, Web application development, system enhancements, and operations and maintenance.
