Assyst, Northern Virginia – Nov 2009: Advanced Software Systems, Inc. (Assyst) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Leading Consultants Inc. (LeadingC), which has its corporate office in New Jersey and offices in Hyderabad, India. With this acquisition Assyst broadens the range of services to our existing clients specifically in the areas of Unified Communication, Voice XML and ERP training. We also enlarge the geographical footprint of our client base especially in the Financial and Pharmaceutical belt of New York, New Jersey and New England in the Eastern region of the United States, as well as Hyderabad, a major IT area central to South Asia. Mr. Rajender Salgam, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of LeadingC joins Assyst’s executive team as “Sr. Vice President – Unified Communication Business Strategy” and will head the business strategy of the Unified Communication division of Assyst. Mr. Munusamy Kandasamy, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of LeadingC joins Assyst’s executive team as “Sr. Vice President – Unified Communication Technology Solutions” and will lead the technology and delivery of Unified Communication solutions.

Assyst’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), Joe Anderson stated: “LeadingC has over eight years of experience offering VoiceXML and Speech Enabled Voice Solutions for self-services, managing and operating platforms such as Avaya, Audium, Genesys, IBM, Nuance and Tellme. LeadingC also has a SAP and Oracle e-Business training and consulting practice. With the acquisition of LeadingC, Assyst further strengthens its range of services and solutions to our clients in the rapidly growing convergence of Voice with Data, adds to our existing ERP capabilities, expands our customer base in the commercial sector, and broadens our offering for existing clients. LeadingC’s clients benefit from Assyst’s solutions in Workforce Collaboration, Business Intelligence, Infrastructure Management, and Web 2.0, and Assyst’s clients benefit from LeadingC’s  solutions in the Voice XML and Speech Enabled areas, as well as their ERP capabilities.”
