Baltimore County IT Consulting and Technical Services (CATS)

ASSYST won this multiple award indefinite quantities contract to provide IT consulting and technical services to the Baltimore County Office of Information Technology (OIT). Consulting and technical services are provided on demand through a competitive bidding process issued by the County for each engagement. These engagements fall into one of two areas; project based (fixed fee) or supplemental staff (hourly), and include services that are categorized into 22 functional areas or 122 labor categories.
